All our cakes are baked from scratch using only the most wholesome and high-quality ingredients—real vanilla bean, freshly made passion fruit curd, small batch caramel, artisanal chocolate, and more. Our menu is below. (Warning: It may make you hungry!)

Classic Vanilla - moist butter based cake infused with Madagascar vanilla bean paste
Funfetti - our classic vanilla cake enrobed with multi-colored sprinkles
Lemon Scented - moist, light and prepared with fresh lemon juice
Coconut - a coconut flavor explosion, prepared with coconut milk & shredded coconut flakes
Almond - featuring our favorite almond paste!
Espresso - our classic vanilla cake lightly soaked in our in-house espresso syrup
Dark Chocolate - truly moist and decadent featuring Valhrona cocoa
Chocolate Chip - our classic vanilla cake with extra vanilla flavor and loads of shaved Callebaut chocolate chips

FROSTING
Italian Meringue Buttercream | Swiss Fondant
Our Italian meringue-based buttercream frosting is silky and delicate. It is slightly off-white in color, and is perfectly balanced, so it’s not overly sweet.
Our Swiss-made Fondant is a sugar dough that is carefully molded over the cake creating a smooth, clean porcelain look. We add a layer of buttercream between the cake and the thin fondant layer.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
At this time we do not offer gluten-free or vegan cake options. If you are interested we would be happy to provide you with a referral to a baker that is.
If you are looking for a nut free cake we do offer many cake flavor and filling options that contain no nuts. Please note however that we do operate in a facility that processes nuts. Rest assure we make every effort to avoid any cross-contamination of nuts when working with non-nut cake flavors.
