About Our Frosting

We offer two frostings to cover the outside of your wedding cake, meringue buttercream or rolled fondant.

We prepare an Italian meringue based buttercream frosting which has a delicate creamy taste, is slightly off white in color, and is not overly sweet.

Fondant is a sugar dough that is carefully molded over the cake creating a smooth, clean porcelain look.  If you are interested in rolled fondant, we use a European brand that is not overly sweet.  There is a layer of butercream between the cake and the thin fondant layer.

Dietary Restrictions

At this time we do not offer gluten-free or vegan cake options.  If you are interested we would be happy to provide you with a referral to a baker that is.

If you are looking for a nut free cake we do offer many cake flavor and filling options that contain no nuts.  Please note however that we do operate in a facility that processes nuts.  Rest assure we make every effort to avoid any cross-contamination of nuts when working with non-nut cake flavors.
